- Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship your order within 2 to 3 working days from our Northcote store. We will let you know about any delays due to stock issues as quickly as we can, and endeavour to keep you informed through the process.
All standard deliveries are sent through AusPost.
We set our shipping rate on the standard AusPost parcel rate for your postcode, for a parcel of 1.5kg. Some of our heavier or bulkier products attract an extra shipping cost that will be charged at checkout. If you feel like a price is too expensive or could be done cheaper through a courier etc, please let us know and we will organise an alternative with you.

We never see or store your full credit card details, this is handled by our trusted payment provider, eWay.
- Returns & Replacements
We abide by all relevant Australian Consumer Law in regards to refunds and returns, which entitle you the customer to a guarantee often beyond what is written on the packaging of a product. All products sold in Australia are eligible for return if they do not meet their 'expected service life'.
We really like to know when products fail before their time; as an eco-concious retailer, we want to introduce as little waste into the world as possible, and ensure that the products we sell are doing their jobs effectively. Please let us know when something goes wrong, and we'll look after you and take the issue to our supplier so we can make it better and easier for everyone.
